A landscaping pian shall be provided showing ail areas to be sodded and those areas where <br />additianal plantings wili be located with the species and yuantities identified, prior to City <br />Council review, <br />2. The building pians shall be revised prior to City Council review as follows: <br />a. The entryways shall be located on the ground flaor and the entryways for the two <br />end units shall be relocated to the sides of ihe buiiding rather tha� the front. <br />b. Ara exterior iight shal( be located on the building adjacent to each entryway. <br />c. Overhangs or some oiher type of archit�ctural feature shall be added to the <br />structure over each entryway. <br />d. A second window shall be added to the front of the building for each unii.. <br />�. A final drainage plan shalI be submitted and approved by the City b�fore any building <br />pernnits are issued. <br />4.
