<br />billboards should be designed to be consistent with and aesthetically complementary to the
<br />billboards approved for the Bridges Golf Course, and final design approval would be given by the
<br />City Council. He indicated the second stipulation requires that the applicant to apply for and
<br />successfially obtain a variance from Section 1008.08 Subdivision lOc of the Sign Code, regarding
