' <br />�_- _ . ..::-...��...J __-_'_ ...:- �. _ � _ � �_ _.. _ _ . . <br />Resolution 617-00 <br />May 17, 2000 <br />Page 2 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed garage would <br />not depreciate the neighborhood in that the proposed garage would replace an older, structurally <br />unsound garage with a sagging roof; and, <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the applicant has sufficiently <br />demonstrated that a need exists for the proposed oversized garage; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Plaruiing Commission finds that the proposed oversized <br />garage would be more than adequately screened by a privacy fence, mature trees and an adjacent <br />garage. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />reconzmends approval of the conditional use pernzit with the following stipulations: <br />The applicant shall arrange to record the City Council resolution approving the conditional <br />use pennit with Ramsey County and provide proof of such recordation to the City within <br />sixty days of Council approval or this permit shall be considered null and void. <br />2. The garage shall not be used for living space or other uses not allowed by the district in <br />which it is located or by the Zoning Code. Should the use change for which the permit was <br />granted, the conditional use permit shall be considered null and void. <br />3. No other sheds or accessory buildings shall be allowed on the property. <br />4.
