, �_ ._ - ., . ,�r .� � : _ e � _ _ �= s; ,. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-EDA2Q <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ECONUNIIC; <br />DEVELOPMEIVT COMMISSION ELECTED CHAIRPERSON <br />WHEREAS, the Municipal Code Chapter 408.07, Subdivision 1 <br />entitled Economic Development Commission, Organization states that "at <br />the first regular meeting of the year, the Commission shall appoint a <br />chairperson from among its voting members and that this appointment <br />shall be subject to Authority approval and shall consist of a one year <br />term"; and <br />WHEREAS, through a unanimous vote of the Economic <br />Development Commission members on January 26, 1995, Phil Seipp, <br />President and CEO of SYSCO, was appointed Chairperson of the <br />Economic Development Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic <br />Development Authority of the City of Mounds View hereby approves the <br />appointment of Phil Seipp as Chairperson of the Economic Development <br />Commission. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 13th day of February, 1995. <br />President <br />Executive Director <br />
