Developing a plan is <br />in response to the Focus 2000 recommendation to improve the aesthetics and accessibility of Highway 10. As a result, the <br />EDC establishec! a subcommittee to research and evaluate opportunities along Highway 10. The subcommittee currently <br />consists of three members of the EDC, a member the Planning Comtnission and a member of the Parks and Recreatio❑ <br />Commission. <br />The vision statement was approved by the EDC on January 26, 1995 and the attached vision statement incorporates the minor <br />revision that were recommended at the EDA's work session. <br />The attached resolution approves the Vision Statement far Mounds View's Highway 10 Corridor and will provide a framework <br />for the subcommittee to consider when they are developing a redevelopment plan f'or the corridor. <br />Cathy Bennett, Economic Development Coordinator <br />RECO��Iti1EVDATION: <br />Ap�rove\Disapprove Resolution No. 95-EDC21 -- Vision Statement for the Highway l0 Corridor in Mounds View. <br />
