(c) Customary incidental home occupations as regulated under Section 5.1-1. (d) Keeping of not more than two boarders and/or roomers by a resident family. (e) Living quarters of persons employed on the premises. (f) Signs as regulated by .other ordinance. (g) Temporary buildings £ or construction purposes, for a per- iod not to exceed construction period. (h) Off-street parking and load- ing as regulated. under Section 5.1-2. 5.2-3 Uses by Special Permit. (a) Essential service structures, buildings such as telephone ex- change sub -stations; booster or pressure regulating. stations, wells and pumping stations, ele- vated tanks and electric power sub -stations. (b) Golf courses, country club,. tennis club, public swimming pool, Community Centers,.Sta- dium, private swimming pools when intended to serve more than one family. The principal structure or building relating to any of the above listed uses shall not be located less than 50. feet from any adjacent lot in an "R" District.
