<br />2.2-43.Lot Line, Front. That

<br />deemed. front- lot lines but in
<br />case,of two (2) or more contig -
<br />Tunis through lots, there shall be.
<br />a common front yard.
<br />2.2-47, Lot of Record. Anylot
<br />which is one (1),, unit of a_ plat
<br />heretofore. or hereafter duly
<br />approvedand filed, or one. (1)
<br />unit of an Auditor's, Subdivision.
<br />or a registered land survey, or
<br />a parcel of land not so platted,
<br />subdivided or registered, fox
<br />which a Deed,. Auditor's Subdi-
<br />vision or RegisteredHand Sur-
<br />vey has been recorded in the
<br />Office' of Register of Deeds or

<br />2.2-48. -Lot Width.: The mean

<br />2.2-49. Mobile Home.- Any type
<br />of structure Orvehiclewhich:
<br />can be -quickly adapted to or
<br />does provide facilities for a per-
<br />son at persons' to eat and/or ••
<br />sleep • which is. ; mounted on
<br />wheels,.- has .-provisions for-
<br />wheels
<br />orwheels or may be loaded on an
<br />Ordinary flat bed truck, such as
<br />a house trailer, converted bus or
<br />truck, tent Or small building.
<br />2.2-50. -Motor Court - or Motel:
<br />A building or group of buildings'
<br />used primarily for the tempor-
<br />dry residence of motorists or
<br />travelers.
<br />2.2-51. Motor Freight Terminal
<br />(Truck Terminal). A building
<br />in which freight brought by mo-
<br />tor truck is assembled and sort-
<br />ed for routing in intrastate and
<br />interstate shipment. -
<br />2.2-53. -Non-Conforming Struc.
<br />ture. Any building or .structure
<br />which on the effective date of
<br />this ordinance does not, even
<br />though lawfully established;
<br />conform to the applicable condi-
<br />tions if the building or structure
<br />was to be erected under the
<br />guidance of this ordinance.
<br />2.2-54. ' Noxious' Matter. Mater-
<br />ial which is capable of causing
<br />injury or malaise to living or-
<br />ganisms or is capable of causing
<br />detrimental effect upon - t h e
<br />health, or the psychological, so-
<br />cial - or, economic well being of '=
<br />human beings.
<br />2.2-55, 'Nursery, Day. A loca-
<br />tion where care is provided for
<br />pay for three (3) or more chil-
<br />dren 'under kindergarten age'
<br />for periods of four (4) hours or
<br />more.
<br />2.2-56. Parking Space, Automo-
<br />bile. A suitably surfaced- and
<br />permanently maintained area;
<br />either within or outside of a
<br />building, of sufficient size to
<br />store one standard --automobile,
<br />out-in-no`event -less than nine
<br />(9)' feet, by twenty (20) feet.
<br />with adequate driveway for in-
<br />gress and egress. 'A general'
<br />stndard of 300 square feet per
<br />space shall be'' Used for comput-
<br />ing parking requirements.
<br />2.2-57: Person. ' An individual,
<br />firm, partnership, association,
<br />corporation, or organization of

<br />Home). A private home for the
<br />care of children' or the aged or
<br />infirm, or a place- of rest for
<br />those suffering bodily disorders.

<br />injury, nor does -it'include ma�
<br />ternity care or careof mental`
<br />illness:
<br />2.2-59 S t a b l e, , Private. Any
<br />building located on a. lot.: on
<br />which a -'residence" is located'
<br />which is designed; used or in -
<br />fended to
<br />nfended'to be used for not more
<br />than four horses fortheprivate
<br />use of the - residents, but shalt
<br />not exceed 600 square feet in

<br />2.2-60. Stable, Public. A stable
<br />where horses are kept for • re-'
<br />maceration, hire or sale.
<br />2.2-61. Stand, Roadside. A struc-
<br />ture for the display and sale of
<br />products with no space for cus-
<br />tomers within the structure it-
<br />self.
<br />2.2.62. Story. That portion of
<br />a building. included between the
<br />surface of any. floor and the sur-
<br />face of the floor next above; or
<br />if there is no floor above, the
<br />space between the floor and the
<br />ceiling next above.. A basement
<br />shall be counted as a -story and
<br />a cellar shall not be counted. as
<br />3 story.
<br />2.2-63. Street. Any public or.
<br />private :way set. aside ,as a: per.
<br />manent right-of-way. for vehic-
<br />ular access 40 feet or more, in.
<br />width' if it exists as the time. of.
<br />enactment of this Ordinance;
<br />and any such public right-of-
<br />way X50 feet or more width after
<br />the enactment of this Ordinance. -
<br />2.2 -64. Structural Alteration.
<br />Any change, other than inciden-
<br />tal repairs, in the supporting
<br />members of a building or.struc-
<br />ture, ,such -as.. bearing walls ,or
<br />petitions, columns, -beams - or
<br />g i r d e r s or any substantial,
<br />change in the roof or .exterior
<br />walls.: 1,
<br />2.2-65. Structure. Anything
<br />erected, the use of which re-
<br />quires more or less permanent
<br />locations ontheground or. at
<br />tached to -something having 'a
<br />permanent location ion. the:
<br />ground.
<br />2.2-66.: Trailer Parki A lot or::
<br />parcel ' of land' designed .and
<br />maintained for the -purpose of
<br />accommodating those- persons
<br />desiring a site upon which.. to
<br />locate trailer as a shelter in
<br />which to live temporarily or
<br />permanently,' and said site shall..
<br />meet the minimum standards of
<br />the State Health Department
<br />for -trailer -parks.
<br />2.2-67. Uses, Non -Conforming.
<br />Anyuse of a building or prem-
<br />ices which, on the effective date
<br />of •this " Ordinance;': does not,
<br />even though lawfullyestablish-
<br />ed;-comply with all of the appli-
<br />cable use reguations• of the zon-
<br />fng -district in which such
<br />building or premises is. located,
<br />2.2-68. Yard'. -A required open:
<br />space on a -lot which is uiroccu-
<br />pied and unobstructed from its
<br />lowest :level to the sky, except
<br />as otherwise - permitted in this
<br />Ordinance:A yard shall ex-
