<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2501 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE CONCEPT PLAN, <br />DEVELOPMENT STAGE, AND WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT, <br />MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK SOUTH, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 199-86 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Everest Development has requested general concept <br />and development stage approval and wetland alteration permit to <br />construct three buildings as follows: <br /> <br />Building H <br />Building I <br />Building J <br /> <br />74,998 square feet <br />123,648 square feet <br />72,312 square feet <br /> <br />The site is located at the southwest intersection of Highway 10 <br />and Woodale Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer of this development, as requested, <br />requires the following approvals: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1.
