<br />~: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2592 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF rlINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONCEPTI <br />DEVEOLPMENT STAGE, MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK <br />PHASE III (EAST), PLANNING CASE NO. 287-89 <br /> <br />~JHEREAS, Everest Development has requested general <br />concept/development stage approval to construct two buildings as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Building H <br />Building N <br /> <br />43,718 square feet <br />118,588 square feet <br /> <br />The site is located along Program Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer of this development, as requested, <br />requires the following approvals: <br /> <br />1. General Concept Plan <br />2. Development Stage <br />3. Final Plan; and <br /> <br />\JHEREAS, the Developer shall enter into a development <br />agreement with the City of Mounds View; and <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Staff <br />recommendation and information submitted by the applicant which <br />includes the following: <br /> <br />1. Site Master Plan dated October 26, 1989. <br />2. Boundary and topographic survey (east) dated November <br />7, 1989. <br />3. Site plan (east) dated September 25, 1989. <br />4. Landscape plan (east) dated September 25, 1989. <br />5. Grading, drainage and utility plans (east) dated <br />December 7, 1989. <br />6. Preliminary plat of Mounds View Business Park East <br />dated December 12, 1989. <br />7. Preliminary site lighting plan (east) dated September <br />25, 1989. <br /> <br />lmEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve the request; <br />and <br /> <br />lJHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a project that meets <br />the requirements of City Code Chapter 40.24, Subd. C(2), <br />commercial or industrial planned unit development; and <br />
