<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />: RESOLUTION NO. 2592 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided the information <br />required by Chapter 40.24, Subd. E(I), general concept stage; and <br /> <br />~JHEREAS, the applicant has provided information required <br />by Chapter 40.24, Subd. E (2), development stage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Concepti <br />Development Plan stages taking into consideration Chapter 40.24, <br />Subd. D(2) and D(3); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the on-site <br />circulation, there being no public streets or pedestrianways <br />proposed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the location and <br />extent of the ponding areas proposed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the land use <br />proposed and recognizes it is appropriate given the proposed site <br />zoning and is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />NO\J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of Mounds View approves the concept/development <br />stages of the proposed PUD contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. Permits from the Rice Creek Watershed District, Army <br />Corps of Engineers, and Department of Natural <br />Resources are applied for and approved. <br /> <br />2. One (1) additional handicap stall for Building M be <br />added to the site. <br /> <br />3. Program Avenue be upgraded to City standards at a <br />minimum along this property's street frontage. <br /> <br />4. The project site must also complete the subdivision <br />process in accordance with the Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of January, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
