<br /><t <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4098 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGN STANDARDS FOR GARBAGE <br />DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 104 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />requires that all garbage dumpsters used in conjunction with <br />multiple dwellings and commercial establishments shall be stored <br />within an enclosure; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff have determined <br />that standards of design are necessary to regulate the location, <br />dimensions and appearance of the enclosures. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the design standards for garbage <br />dumpster enclosures attached hereto and referred to as Attachment <br />A. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of June, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />cS>~C4~ <br />Ci ty Administrator '. <br />
