Removal of Contaminated Fill <br />Prior to approval of the development stage plan, the property <br />owner/developer shall provide an assessment as to the composition of <br />the fill on the office site, and if this fill has been placed in this location <br />in violation of wetland protection regulations. The City Council shall <br />determine if the fill is in compliance with wetland regulations, and if <br />not, the fill shall be removed and the wetland restored. If the area may <br />remain in fill, any debris such as concrete or asphalt present in the <br />existing fill dirt shall be removed, and shall be replaced with clean fill <br />dirt. <br /> <br />23. Signatures <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That D.W.
