. . . City Council Resolution No. 513X Junc 23, 1997 Pagc 4 use permit for a 36 foot x 32 t'oot oversized garage with three access doors with the following stipulations: 1. The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days of City Council approval. and a reccipt of such recording shall be provided to the City of Mounds View. 2. The garage shall be constructed in accordance with the plans submitted, and shall be designed and maintained to provide a uniform building appearance with the dwelling unit. 3. The g'arage shall not be used for living space or other uses not allowed by the district in which it is located or by the Zoning Code. Should the use change for which thl' permit vvas granted, the conditional use permit shall become null and void. 4. No other accessory buildings shall be allowed on this lot. 5. At the time the ell-sign for reconstruction of Spring Lake Road is prepared, the Mounds Vicw Public Works Director and the applicant shall work together to establish a single acc~ss point for 7765 Spring Lake Road which will coordinate with the road design. The driveway on 7765 Spring Lake Road shall be reconfigured so that only olle access point is allowed no later than completion of reconstr~ldioll of the Spring Lake Road." The southern driveway and access point onto Sprillg L~d~l' r~oad shall be removed prior to the issuance of building permits for this garage. 6. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the property owner shall sign a development contract as required by Section 1106.06 Subd. 4 of the Mounds View Municipal Code \vhich requires compliance with the stipulations of this conditional use permit.
