PROGRAA1A1F.D lAND Sf.;('OND ADDI710N, according to <br />the recorded plat there(~t; and sitllate in Ramse.v COllnty, NfinIJesota; <br /> <br />That part (?f Outlot A, MOUNDS H/~W BlISINi!.SS PARK, ~ving east q{ a line <br />heginning at a point 011 the south line of.mid OlltlOt A, said point heing south <br />89 degrees. 19 minutes 21 seconds' East, assumed hearing, ..J09.00feetfi'om <br />the soutlnvest comer (?fsaid Outlot A. thence North 31 degrees. -/3 minutes-/8 <br />seconds /~ast /9. 26feetto the north line qfsaid Outlot A and said line there <br />terminating <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above-described properties are zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a plat date-stamped 9/8/97 titled MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK <br />EAST 2ND ADDITION has been submitted by the applicant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has reviewed the proposed plat and finds it <br />consistent with the City's street plan in that no additional right of way will be required as a result <br />of this plat and that the proposed easements shown on the plat will be sufficient for the City's <br />utility needs; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has approved Resolution 531-97 <br />recommending approval of the applicant's request for a major subdivision reorganizing the four lots <br />into one 6.89-acre parcel tinding that the proposed subdivision is in conformance with all applicable <br />sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and, <br />
