<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Planning COlllmission Resolution 5~ 1-97 <br />Mounds View Business Park East 2nd Addition Plat <br />October 15. 1997 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 6.89-acre parcel created from this subdivision will be known as Lot I, <br />Block I, Mounds View Business Park East Second Addition and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />associated with the request: <br /> <br />I. Planning Application <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Letter from Cathy BClUlet to Applicant, dated 9/3/97 <br />4. Lcttcr from Applicant, datcd 9118/97 <br />5. Final Pial. dated 9/8/97 <br />6. Planning COlllmission resolution 531-97 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the Mounds View Business Park East 2nd Addition final plat request by Everest Group, <br />Ltd., contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />I. Before the Mayor and City Clerk/Administrator sign off on the Plat, the applicant <br />shall accomplish the following: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Make payment of the park dedication fee in the amount of $56,771. 00 as <br />required in Section 1204.02 of the Municipal Code related to dedication of <br />lands. <br /> <br />b. Dedicate to the City via a separate document those easement areas so <br />noted on the Plat for drainage and utility purposes covering the outermost <br />ten feet of proposed Lot I, Block I, Mounds View Business Park East 2nd <br />Addition, and provide proof of such recordation to the City. <br /> <br />2. Approval of this Plat shall be obtained from Ramsey County and recorded with the <br />County within 120 days offinal approval of the City Council.
