Undergrounding of Utilities All existing utilities within the site boundaries and any additional utility lines installed in conjunction with this development shall be installed underground. Existing utilities shall be placed underground prior to issuance of any building permits for development of this PUD, unless a development agreement specifies conditions under which utilities may be placed underground concurrent with construction of a particular phase of development. A monetary guarantee for the placement of utilities underground shall be provided if required by a development agreement. 22. Removal of Contaminated Fill If within the area where construction is to occur any contaminated fill or debris such as concrete or asphalt is discovered, the existing fill and debris shall be removed, and shall be replaced with clean fill dirt.
