RESOLUTION NO. 8004 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING THE "COVENTRY SENIOR LIVING OF MOUNDS VIEW" <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT; <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO.
