Resolution 8004 <br /> Page 2 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following <br /> documents about this proposal: <br /> 1. Site Plan, dated September 27, 2012 <br /> 2. Elevation drawing, dated October 2, 2012 <br /> 3. Planned Unit Development Agreement <br /> WHEREAS, on August 9, 2010, the Mounds View City Council held a duly <br /> noticed public hearing about this development and major subdivision and passed <br /> Resolution 7655 that approved the "Coventry Senior Living of Mounds View" <br /> development review; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the proposed Planned <br /> Unit Development Agreement for the "Coventry Senior Living of Mounds View" project, <br /> and finds it in conformance with Resolution 7655, and with all applicable sections of the <br /> Mounds View City Code. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that approval of this Planned <br /> Unit Development Agreement is subject to recordation with Ramsey County, which shall <br /> occur within six (6) months of City Council approval.
