However, <br />infrastructure and taxes/services are key questions. The <br />challenge for the future is two-fold: maintaining those aspects <br />of the community which attract new residents, and convincing the <br />population that prudent investments will be necessary to keep the <br />quality of life high during the times ahead. Unless both tasks <br />are successful, Mounds View could easily lose its attractiveness <br />and face a myriad of serious obstacles in the future. <br />16
