<br />. <br /> <br />. 3. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution 5423 <br />April 24. 2000 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />\\rHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the applicant has sufficicntly <br />demonstrated that a need exists for the proposed oversized shed; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the proposed oversized shed would <br />be sufficiently screencd and separated by distance from adjacent residentially-zoned properties in <br />that the location of the shed behind the home and garages and next to a privacy fence would screen <br />it from general public view; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council acknowledges that it has received a <br />recommendation of approval from the Mounds View Planning Commission. <br /> <br />NO\\;'. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVI:O that the Mounds Vie\\' City Council approves <br />the conditional use pelll1it for a 256 square-foot over-sized shed at 2159 Terrace Drive with the <br />following stipulations: <br /> <br />l. The applicant shall arrange to record the City Council resolution approving the conditional <br />use pennit with Ramsey County and provide proof of such recordation to the City within <br />sixty days of Council approval or this pemlit shall be considered null and void. <br /> <br />2. The shed shall not be used for living space or other uses not allO\ved by the district in <br />which it is located or by the Zoning Code. Should the use change for which the pennit was <br />granted, the conditional use permit shall be considered null and void. <br /> <br />No other sheds or accessory buildings, other than the existing garage, shall be allowed on <br />the property. The existing shed may remain 011 the lot until thirty days beyond the date by <br />which the proposed shed is completed. This stipulation shall be explicitly stated on the <br />building permit. <br /> <br />4.
