<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5424 <br /> <br />CITY OF l\lOUNDS VIE\V <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A 400 SQUARE- <br />FOOT OVERSIZED SHED AT 8038 LONG LAKE ROAD~ <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. CUOO-003 <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, Juanita Snetsinger and Shelley Hill have applied 10r a conditional use pelll1it <br />to construct a 400 square-foot shed in the back yard of their property located at 8038 Long Lake <br />Road, property zoned R-I, Single Family Residential, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The SOllth 80 Feet of Lot 3, Spring Lake Park Hillview <br />Ramse.J' COlln(l', Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Mounds View Zoning Code conditionally allO\vs sheds up to 400 square <br />feet in area with a maximum accessory building area not to exceed 1,400 square feet; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the follO\ving documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Development Application <br />Zoning Map <br />Site Plan <br />Location Map <br />Photographic Documentation <br />StalT Report <br />Planning Commission Resolution 616-00 <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />c. <br />d. <br /> <br />e. <br />r <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the proposal satisfies the <br />dimensional requirements as outlined in Chapters 1104 and 1106 the Zoning Code; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed this request and has <br />fonvarded to the City Council Resolution ()16-00 which recommends approval of the request; and, <br /> <br />""HEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the request is consistent with the <br />Mounds View Comprehensive Plan in that the Comprehensive Plan encourages the development and <br />maintenance ofresidential areas so as to improve the quality, appearance and attractiveness of <br />housing units and residential property in general; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the proposed shed would not be out or <br />place given the character and geography of the surrounding area involved in that the lot is rather large <br />and sheds are commonplace residential structural improvements which help keep properties neat and <br />orderly; and, <br />
