Resolution 5-1-24 <br />April 24, 2000 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Mounds View City Council finds that the proposed shed would not <br />depreciate the neighborhood in that the oversized shed would allow the applicant to store items inside <br />which might othenvise be left outside and would guard against a cluttered exterior appearance; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View City Council finds that the applicant has sufficiently <br />demonstrated that a need exists for the proposed oversized shed; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council tinds that the proposed oversized shed would <br />be sutliciently screened and separated by distance frol11 adjacent residentially-zoned properties in <br />that the presence of mature evergreen trees and size of the back yard help screen it from general <br />public view. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the conditional use permit with the following stipulations: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall aJTange to record the City Council resolution approving the conditional <br />use permit with Ramsey County and provide proof of such recordation to the City within <br />sixty days of Council approval or this pel111it shall be considered null and void. <br /> <br />.., The shed shall not be used Cor living space or other uses not allowed by the district in <br />\vhich it is located or by the Zoning Code. Should the use change for \vhich the pemlit was <br />granted, the conditional use permit shall be considered null and void. <br /> <br />., <br />_1. <br /> <br />No other sheds or accessory buildings shall be allowed on the property. The two existing <br />sheds may remain on the lot until thirty days beyond the date by which the proposed shed is <br />completed, at which time they shall be removed. <br /> <br />4.
