<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5462 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIKW <br />COUNTY 01<' RAl\ISEY <br />STATE OF \-1INNESOT A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED W ALGREENS PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AND EXCHANGE OF REAL ESTATE BET\VEEN THE CITY OF <br />MOUNDS VIE\V AND TOLD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. PDOO-OOl <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, TOLD Development Company (hereinafter "TOLD") has applied for a <br />Planned Unit Development (POO) to construct a Walgreens Drugstore and restaurant at the <br />northeast corner of Highway 10 and Edgewood Drive; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, critical to the approval of the PUD is a proposed exchange ofland whereby <br />TOLD would receive the City's 1.0 acre "remnant parcel" in return for the City receiving 8.0 <br />acres of the Midland Videen land; and, <br /> <br />"'HERK.\S, the prope11ies associated with the proposed PUD are generally known as <br />the City's remnant parcel and the Midland Videen land, and are all legally-described as follows: <br /> <br />(SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT 1) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following documents relative to this <br />proposal: <br /> <br />I.
