<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution -:\0. 5462 <br />August 14.21)00 <br /> <br />Page :1 <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, requirements have been included to ensurc high quality architcctural design <br />and coordinatcd signage, preservation orthe wctlands, and consideration given to preserving <br />cxisting trce C(HCr outside or development areas \vherever possible: and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS. the City Council finds that this proposal meets the special requircments and <br />standards for commercial PUDs rcgarding minimum project si/c. minimum street frontagc and <br />minimum property width and landscaping; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS. thc PUD stipulations and guidelines which among other things spccify thc <br />maximulll densities. minimum setbacks and maximum building heights to be allo\'ved. and <br />special criteria applicable to the dcvelopment of this PLD are attached as Exhibit 2 to this <br />Resolution: and. <br /> <br />\VHEREAS. the conditions and requirements regarding the proposed exchange of real <br />property betwecn the City and TOLD are fully addressed in the Contract for Private <br />Development. attached as Exhibit 3 to this Resolution; and. together with the PUD Document, <br />shall bc considered the governing document for this development; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has received a recommendation of approval <br />from the Mounds View Planning Commission as stated in Planning Commission Resolution No. <br />623-00. <br /> <br />l\O\V, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, having held a public hearing for the <br />proposed Walgreens PlID and requested exchange ofJand between the City and TOLD. the <br />.\t10unds Vie\v City Council approves the Planned Unit Developmcnt and exchange ofJand <br />subject to the conditions, terms and stipulations as stated in the PlID Document (Exhibit 2) and <br />the Contract for Private Development (Exhibit 3) and authorizes staff to draft ordinances to <br />effectuate the rezoning of the subject properties and cxchange ofland <br /> <br />Adopted this 14'11 day of August, 2000. <br /> <br />~~:j , / L1~ !"
