<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution 5527 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council, finding <br />that all requirements have been met, does hereby approve the development review request for the <br />construction ofa 2,006 square foot, two-level office building with a maximum 3,000 square feet <br />ofleaseable office space at 7664 Greenfield Avenue, subject to the following stipulations: <br /> <br />I. Barrier curbing (B 6-12) shall be installed around the perimeter of the parking lot and <br />access drive. At points where stormwater will collect, cuts shall be made to allow water <br />to pass through into pervious areas. <br /> <br />2. All utilities to the building shall be installed underground. <br /> <br />3. One monument sign shall be allowed not to exceed eight (8) feet in height or one hundred <br />(100) square feet in area. The base of such sign shall be constructed of masonry or stone <br />materials to match the building. A pole or pylon type sign is prohibited. No more than 60 <br />square feet of combined building mounted signage shall be allowed. <br /> <br />4. The masonry or stone building siding and any other architectural design characteristics <br />shall be consistent along the north and east building elevations. <br /> <br />5. There shall be no outside garbage storage or dumpster allowed on this site, all garbage <br />and refuse shall be stored within the building. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no parking lot lighting other than supplemental flood lights mounted upon <br />the building. Such lights shall be down cast and shielded or hooded to eliminate glare or <br />light spillage onto adjoining properties in accordance with Chapter 1 103 of the Mounds <br />View Zoning Code. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall revise the site plan to show fencing and landscaping plantings as <br />indicated on Exhibit A. No building permits shall be issued until such revised site plan has <br />been received and approved by the Director of Community Development. <br /> <br />8.
