<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5599 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN ANIMAL <br />HOSPITAL AND BOARDING FACILITY TO LOCATE IN A B-2, LIMITED BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT, AT 2625 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. <br />CU01-002 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Mounds View Animal Hospital has applied for a conditional use <br />permit to locate an animal hospital in a B-2, Limited Business Zoning District, specifically <br />on the property located at 2625 County Road 10 which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Spring Lake Park Hillview <br />Subject to Highway; Lot 78 <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Mounds View Zoning Code conditionally allows animal hospitals <br />and boarding facilities in B-2 zoning districts; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following documents regarding this <br />proposal: <br /> <br />a. Zoning Map <br />b. Location Map <br />c. Proposed Site Plan <br />d. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council held a public hearing on August 13, <br />2001 regarding this request; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the proposal satisfies the <br />conditions outlined in Chapter 1125 of the Zoning Code; and, <br />
