These include both <br />short term and long term needs. The identification of the park needs is the first <br />step in developing a long term Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and <br />developing recommendations pertaining to the City's park system for <br />consideration in the City's Budget. <br /> <br />The needs list are categorized into three categories: <br />A. Maintenance (do now) <br />B. Budget (budgeted item for 2005, 2006, or 2007) <br />C. Long Term (add to Capital Improvement Program) <br />The following list is the updated needs list developed in 2003 with the category <br />for each item noted.
