EDA RESOLUTION 13-EDA-280 <br /> MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEMOLITION OF THE BUILDINGS <br /> LOCATED AT 2400 COUNTY ROAD H2 AND 2394 COUNTY ROAD 10 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority (EDA) has <br /> Economic Development Authority powers provided in Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br /> 469.090 to 469.108; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the EDA authorized the purchase of 2400 County Road H2 on May 13, <br /> 2013; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the EDA authorized the purchase of 2394 County Road 10 on June 10, <br /> 2013; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose for the acquisitions was to eliminate blight and to <br /> encourage redevelopment and land assembly; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the demolition of both buildings will eliminate blight and encourage <br /> redevelopment and land assembly. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View Economic <br /> Development Authority does hereby: <br /> 1. Accept the quote submitted by Carl Bolander & Sons Co., attached hereto as <br /> "Exhibit A", in an amount not to exceed $90,000, for the demolition of the <br /> buildings located at 2400 County Road H2 and 2394 County Road 10. <br /> 2.
