RESOLUTION 8242 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2014— 2016 LABOR AGREEMENT WITH <br /> LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES LOCAL 204 (PATROL OFFICERS) <br /> WHEREAS, the previously approved Labor Agreement with the LELS Local 204 (Patrol <br /> Officers) expired at the end of 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the LELS held a series of negotiating sessions in an effort to <br /> ratify a new agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Bargaining Group has reviewed and agreed to the following terms: <br /> 1. Article 13: Work Schedules <br /> 13.4 Employees who attend mandatory meetings, during time periods that fall outside <br /> their regularly scheduled shifts, shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay. <br /> 2. Article 15: Court Duty <br /> 15.1 An employee who is required to appear in Court during the employee's <br /> scheduled off-duty time shall receive a minimum of four (4) three (3) hours pay at <br /> one and one-half (1 1/2 ) times the employee's base pay rate. <br /> 3. Article 17: Insurance <br /> The City will contribute $980 per month for health and dental insurance in 2014. The <br /> monthly contribution in 2015 and 2016 would be tied to increases in the premiums as <br /> follows: <br /> If the Health Insurance The Maximum Monthly City <br /> Premium Increases by Contribution will increase by: <br /> Less than 1% No change <br /> 1% to5% + $10 <br /> 6% to 10% + $20 <br /> 11% to 15% + $30 <br /> Greater than 16% + $40 <br /> 4. Article 23: Severance <br /> The Retirement Health Savings Plan Class structure has been amended to be as follows: <br /> 1. Class 0-29 will contribute 4% of salary <br /> 2. Class 30-33 will contribute 3% of salary <br /> 3. Class 34-34 will contribute 5% of salary <br /> 4. Class 35-47 will contribute 3% of salary <br /> 5. Class 48-53 will contribute 5% of salary <br /> 6. Class 54-62 will contribute 2% of salary <br /> 7. Class 63-77 will contribute 5% of salary <br /> 8. Class 78+ will contribute 1% of salary <br />
