Employees shall remain in the same class for the duration of this <br /> Agreement. New Employees will be assigned, and remain in, the class that equals their <br /> age at the time of appointment, plus the zero years of service, for the remainder of the <br /> duration of this Agreement. <br /> 5. Article 27: Duration <br /> The Agreement is for three years, effective January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2016. <br /> 6.
