The Ct�apter informed the Director <br />they were interested and would get back to him as <br />soon as possible. <br />JOINT POWIIiS AQtEEMENT The Director informed the Commission that the <br />agreement was in its final stages and that tha City <br />was waiting for the approval by the �k621 School <br />Board. <br />ARDAN PARK The last item on the agenda was Ardan Park. The <br />Gicy Hnginee,- rayuae*_ed to r��n sewer and water 50 <br />feet onto park property in an attempt to reduce <br />� assessment costs for the project and to reduce the <br />amount of County Road which would t�ave to be torn <br />up. The Director pointed out tUat this would <br />elimix�ate almost all trees on park property however, <br />since the Park was established at relatively no <br />cost to the City, he recommended tUat the sewer and <br />water be placed on park property, as Iong as the <br />park was regraded and trees were moved and replanted. <br />Motion by Commissiones Hodges to save the trees where <br />possible by agreement, but to allow sewer and water <br />on park property. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Fedor. The motion passed 4 Ayes to <br />1 Naye. <br />AATOURNMENT Motion by Commissioner Coplin and seconded by <br />Co�issioner Baumgartner to adjourn the meeting. <br />The motion passed unanimously.
