-z- <br />Bryant further stated that the philosphy <br />of the Park $ Recreation Department was to <br />work with the athletic associations and do <br />as much as possible to support their programs. <br />He added that field maintenance in Mounds View <br />for baseball was as good or better compared to <br />other cities. A discussion followed. <br />The conclusion was that there should be better <br />communications in 1977 between the two organiz�- <br />tions to insure a quality operation. <br />Subdivisions Motion by Commissioner Burmeister and seconded <br />by Commissioner Haake to accept cash dedications <br />to the Park Fund in accordance with Ordinance <br />N42.07 for the follawing subdivisions: <br />Charles Betts, A1 Petron, Charles Hermann, <br />Garnet M. Nelson, Genevieve L. Dalberg and <br />Dale Halgren. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />Resignation/ Marcia deLaBruere informed commissioners that <br />Program Super- she would be moving to Nebraska in August. She <br />visor expressed regsets about leaving and that she <br />had enjoyed working in Mounds View and with the <br />Commission and staff. <br />Fall Program <br />Motion by Commissioner Haake expressing thanks <br />for Marcia deLaBruere's hard work, time commitment, <br />and overall tremendous contribution to the Park and <br />Recreation Department in Mounds View. The motion <br />was ses:onded by Commissioner Burmeister and passed <br />unanimously. <br />Staff requested any suggestions or comments for <br />the fall program, 1976.
