Motion was seconded by Comnissioner Fedor and <br />passed unanimously. <br />Public meetings were set for March 77 at 6:30 p.m. and <br />March 22 at 7:30 p.m. <br />Five-Year Plan The Director of Parks and Recreation was called on to <br />discuss the annual revision of the five year plan. Comnissioner Fedor seconded the motion and <br />it passed unanimously. <br />hbtion by Comnissioner Coplin and seconded by Commissioner <br />Haake to reetect Vern Peterson as Chairman and Wayne <br />Burmetster as Vice Chairmen. The motion passed unanimousty. <br />hbtton by Chairmen Peterson and seconded by 8ommissioner <br />Haake to review the ordinance at the next regular session. <br />The motion passed unanimousiy. <br />Motion by Commissioner Coplin and seconded by Chairman <br />Peterson authorizing policy which restricts Commissioners <br />or thelr family from being,employed by the Parks and <br />Recreation Oepartment. TFie motion 'passed unanimously. <br />Motion by Commissioner Naake and seconded by Commissioner <br />Fedor to approve the revised 1977 Posltton Glassiftcation <br />Plan. TFfe motion passed unantmous]y. <br />The Director reported on the Park Fund as requested by <br />Commissioners. 1975 Balance ; 1.418 <br />1976 Balance 8,044 <br />1977 Batance 5 000 <br />TOTAL 3T3;�d7 <br />The Program Supervisor was eatled upon to report on tihe <br />spring brochure and program. <br />New program's offered include: Bicycle Safety.
