There is hereUy established a <br />Park and Recreation Commi,sion for the purpose of advising <br />the Council on the operation of public recreation, parks <br />.ind playgrouncls, pur:uant to the authority of this chapter. <br />'ihe Park and Recrcation Commission is referred to herein <br />�... the "Commission" . <br />34.02. CO21POSITION.
