The <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Haake and passed. <br />5 ayes <br />i nay <br />Five Year Plan hbtion by Comnissioner Burmeister and seconded by <br />Comnissioner Coplin to approve the proposed Five Year <br />Capital Improvements Program as presented, including <br />the Park Fund Expenditures, and recommend to the City <br />Council for approval. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Parks and The Dire�tor reported that the relatfonship between <br />Recreation/ hbunds View Community Education Department and tocal <br />Comnunity municipal Parks and Recreation Departments had been <br />Education selected as a one of few models of cooperative effort <br />in the State of Minnesota between Comnunity Education <br />Departments and Parks and Recreation Departments. He <br />added that this was unique because of the newness of <br />the departments involved. <br />Adjournment hbtion by Comnissioner Burmeister and seconded by <br />Comnissioner Coplin to adjourn the meeting.
