In 1978 it is [he aim to pruvide these prugrams at the parks (nxmely <br />Woodcrest, Lambert, Hill.view, Groveland and Oakwood): <br />a. Summer Playgrounds <br />b. Win[er Skating Rinks <br />c. Summer & Winter Athle[ics - T-hall, goftball, hockey, football <br />and soccer. <br />2. Provide an after-school program for youths 1- 6 grade at Red Oak and <br />Plnewood Elenkntary Schoals. � <br />3. Establis6ment of a program similar to a'[een corp' for youths who wiah <br />[o donate time and energy for roanual work within [he realm of park ��� <br />beautification and park maintenance. Youths would be rewarded with <br />recognition and special program offeringe such as excureiona or apecial �� <br />eventa. .... <br />4. A special schedule of events and programs during scl�ool vacation days. �. <br />Example: Christmas vacation, MEA, Winter Break �� <br />5. Introduce a new program, one for adulta, and one for youth (or combination) � <br />every program aeason; Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
