A neighborhood park should be for all ages, bu[ especially for children. <br />2. Our present park sys[em is catering to the 7- 15 yenr uld male. <br />3. One of the major park system deficiencies is an effec[ivc [r�ilway <br />system for pedestrians, bicycles and vntoriud vehicLes. <br />4. Mounds View Parks are used too much for organized activities, rather <br />than encouraging spontzneous play. <br />5. Our parks must be designed more with [he family in mind. <br />6. Park landecaping (Crees, buslies, shrubbery) sLould becoene a high <br />priori[y. <br />
