Roll Call Co�issioneas present - Ac[ing Chairperson Buxmeister, Commiesioner Haake, Co�issioner Coplin aad Co�issioner Fedor. Councilmember present - Co�mcilmember 2lebarth. Staff preaent - Director Mderaon and Pragram Supervisor Kvalheim. Visitor's present - Mr. 7erry Linke, new Commissioner. Approval of Co�ssioner Haake made a motion to approve the minutes as Minutes read, seconded by Co�issioner Fedor. The motion passed. Ayes 4 Nayes 0 Chairman's No ReporC. Report Visitor Three gen[lemen repreaenting Mounds View Industxial Park and Prnaentation Nor[hcrea[ Yark were in ateendance to discuse their park � charge in relation to their property. The visitors were owners, Dr. Rusa llnderdahl, Hr. � and their planner Seelios Aelanidis. Staff brieily ou[lfned the background on the development of the two prajecta and�distributed copies of ehe exieting Park Dedication Ordinance 42.13. After xeviewing ihe oxdinance StafE reconmiended that [he Nox[hcceat Paxk plot should be assesaed the f��ll lOX charge as outlined under Subdivision 5. S[aff also informed the Covmissioners tha[ [here was some question as to whether [he Ci[y had received full payment for [he Park charge assessment on Mounds View Induatrial Park. Dr. Underdahl [hen presented a documen[ to s[aff showing [hat the total Park Dedication charge payment had been forwarded to the City as requiredin April ot 1974. Seaff accepted the document and said that it would be reviewed and a report would be preaen[ed at the Merch Commisaion meecing.
