Inaluded in <br />staffs initial preparation and planning phase are the following mapa: <br />1. Hydrology Analysis <br />2. Soil Analysis <br />3. Blob relationship diagram <br />4. Slope Analysis <br />5. Visual Malyais <br />6. Vegetation Analysis <br />7. Rough grading plan <br />8. Illustrative site plan <br />Staff will be presenting a preliminary report and update and progresa to date <br />at Thursday's �zeeing. We are preparing to make a formal presentation of all <br />park development plana including a plan of action for our comprehensive patk <br />end open space plan at the Jwe 29 meeting. <br />In addition to planning for the future development ecaff has been meeting with <br />the State Planning Agency to finalize the grant for land acquisition. We met <br />with Schaef£er Appraisal Company on Wedneaday, May 31 to finelize the remeining <br />etipulationa ouclined by the Federal Bureau of Outdoor Recreation. <br />We have begun negotiating vi[h Kraus-Anderson on a selling price� but the <br />negotiations ase atrictly preliminary as ve do not have the cash on hand. <br />
