City Hall Planter - The City Council approved the request of $250.00 <br />to re-establish a permanent plan[er in fron[ of City Hall. The <br />--� planter project has begun and s[aff hopes to have it completed by <br />... Friday, June 9. All of the ma[erials have been purchased, awaiting <br />the final transplanting. � - <br />2. Gzeenfield Ballfield - The ballfield hae been completed at Greenfield <br />Park including fencing, infield sod, bases, pi[chexs mound and <br />bleachers. See the attached 1977 project update memo for specific <br />costs. • <br />3. Greenfield Planting - The City crew has plan[ed 18 trnes at Greentield <br />Park during the past week. The trees are 1- 1'� in dia�ter and have <br />been planted along the s[orm water drainage ditch [o stabilize the <br />bank and bordering the existing parking lot. Of the 18 trees,�9 are <br />Greenspire Lindens and 9 are Niobe Weeping Willows. <br />4. Crew of Fools - Toya Farrar, acting instzuctor will be coordinating a <br />summer drama tmupe during the upcoming summer months. Auditions for <br />the au�er troupe were held on May 20 with 22 people auditioned and <br />9 final actora were chosen. <br />The [roupe will be using the old Civil Defense truck as their main <br />transpor[ation wi[h additional support from the txoupe's parente. <br />J <br />
