Secondly we have found aE[ez making a[emperary drainage swail <br />tl�at there really !s no pince for [he wa[er Co go as the pipe along <br />Hillvlew is preaen[ly no[ adequa[e [o handle the additional runoff. <br />Lnkeside Park - 11.0 acres - developed <br />Lakeaide Park is a joint ven[ure be[ween Spring Lake Park and Alounds View <br />und is loca[ed at [he in[ersection of Hillview Aoad and Pleasant View Dri+re. <br />Tt�e park preaently is developP? wi[h 2 ball fields, 2 tennis cour[s, a <br />swimming 6each, bea�.h hause, black [oy parking lot, [ot lo[ and irailway <br />syatem. <br />There presen[ly is no major wa[er problem at Lakeside Park in spi[e of <br />t6e [wo large impervious surface areas. <br />LamSert Park - 3.2 acres - developed <br />Lambert Park is loca[ed at the corner of Lamber[ Avenue and Jackson Drive. <br />I.ambert Park presen[ly has a lighted hockey rink, a baSl field and park <br />ehelter building. , <br />Lamber[ Park presen[ly has one of our mos[ serious wa[er problemq at [Me <br />[ime. We have standing water each spring in righ[ field of the ball field <br />and south ot [he erzi.sGing park shel[er building. In addition the storm <br />aewer pipe runs in a north-sou[h direction through [he west end of tM1e park. <br />This storm sewer presen[ly crea[es a maintenance hazard for mowing ae well <br />es an aeethe[ic problem. The pipe has been placed [oo shallow end hae <br />faozen up in the pas[ as we11 as filling up with sand making it a con[inual <br />maintenance problem. . <br />Oa4wood Park - p,4 acres - developed <br />Oakwood Park is located a[ [he intersec[ion of Oakwood Drive nnd Qufncy <br />Street.
