In o[her words the City <br />inaurance policy would not cover the costs of replac3ng Mr. Lamppa's <br />fence although we may be found liable for the fence's zeplacement in <br />court. <br />4. The legal issues inwlved concerning the City's liability center amund <br />lack of supervision, public nuisance, etc. <br />Mr. Meyera did. feel the City Had some obligation to repair the fence but <br />felt replacemewt would be setting a real precedent. <br />Staff did not extend an invitation to Mr. Lamppa and or his neighbore to <br />attend Thursday's meeting.
