The City has available to it$123,500 for the <br />purchase of tha property. However, they are under aoma time <br />constraints to complata the sale within the next 30 daye to 45 <br />days. The Park Director has indicated that we are now at a <br />crucial atage in this matter and he would appreciata soma action <br />relative to this proposal.
