I apologize for the 7ateness with the packet but I <br />have been extremely busy trying to wear "two hats" during the past month. <br />We have made little if any progress in our negotiations with Kraus/Anderson <br />which has been at best frustrating. Once we secure the cash in hand from <br />the State we will be able to begin pinpointing some specific parcels and <br />prices. <br />The major portion of the meeting tomorrow wi77 be spent reviewing the <br />establishment of a plan for the development of a Park and Open Space Plan. <br />If you have ny questions or would like staff to prepare additional inforv <br />mation on an -:genda item, feel free to give me a call at 784-3055. <br />I look fo}ward to reviewing the enclosed agenda items with each of you on <br />Thursday. <br />BKA/pc <br />Enclosure <br />. .. . .
