Hold final hearings an proposed park plans. <br />November - Finalize and print master plan and submit to Planning and Parks <br />and Recreation Cammissions. <br />Decertber - Submit to City Council for final approval. <br />Sumnary <br />Coiryrehensive parks and open space planning is a multistage operation. The <br />following is a brief recap of the process we must atte�t to follow: <br />7. Identify and prioritize park and space development and acquisition <br />plans for the next 10 years. <br />2. Gather as large a store of reference data as possible from which to <br />base decisions. <br />3. Attempt to define and predict the present and future park needs and <br />or demands. <br />4. Work in conjunction with the other planning elements involved, i.e. <br />transportation, land use, utilities> etc. to best formulate the <br />quality of life the residents of hbunds View desire. <br />
