Only one [ournamen[ per team/civic group or erg=nization per season will <br />be authurized. Applicattons for 2ournaiven[s must be recefved at least <br />ten (10) days prior to planned use. �f a food or beverage Ilcense Is re- <br />quested, applications must 68 recefved thirty (30) days in advance. <br />8. Any tournament whose proftt does no[ speclflcaily go to support a ctv�c <br />purpose or benefit the general citizens, ui11 be charged user fees based <br />on the scheduie herein. <br />9. AI1 tournament requests, over and above Board sponsored programs, wll) <br />be handled on a ffrst-come, first-serve basis. If s request is received <br />for the same weekend, at the same tfine, the prioritles are as follows: <br />a. ttvfc gro�ps and organizailons whose tournament would beneflt the <br />general citlzenry. <br />b. Other requests based on seniortty. <br />10. A11 tournaments N111 be sxnctioned by appropriate dlstrlct, regtonal, <br />state or national organizations. <br />11. All tournaments witl canply to C(ty codes and regulatfons, te., food and <br />� beverage ttcense� curfew, ete. <br />12. All assigned startin9 and finishing times musC.be adhered to. <br />C. Skating 0.inks <br />1. Reservatlons for Coard sponsored programs wtll be processed first,for <br />example: regular skating hours, skat�ng instructfon and hockey assocls- <br />tion assigoed [ime. <br />2. No other reservations will be taken during regular skatin9 hours, whleh <br />NI11 ciose the rink to general publlc skating, unless authorized by Eha �� <br />Board. <br />3. Rates and charges for use shall 6e according to ihe schedule herein. <br />Servite fees will be assessed for non-scheduled matntenance. <br />4.
