N — - CITY AND NEIGHBORHOOD DESGRIPTION The subject property lies at the northeast corner of the intersection oE Silver �Lake Road end County Itoad H2 in the southwest central portion of the City of Moundsview, Minnesota. Moundsview is a third tier northern suburb of Minneapolis and St. Paul with a current 1979 population estimated at 13, 340. This most racent populaticn estimate is down slightly some from last year and indicates an overall increase in population from the 1970 census of. about 2, b% annually.
