PJ 'f 5 <br />CITY AND NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION (Continued) <br />Silver Lake Road is a north-souYh lying four lane through street <br />earrying 40 mile per hour traffic through the subject neighborhood <br />and providing major access to the neighborhood. The Siiver Lake� <br />Road and County Road H2 intersection is controlled w•ith stop signs. <br />County Road H2 is a two lane bitumino•xs paved roadavay with gravel <br />shoulders carryine 35 mile per ho•ar traffic. These two streets <br />are in gcod coa�lition and serve as collectore for neighborhood <br />4saffic. <br />Immediately norkh of Yhe subject property is a large tract of vacanY <br />land apparently o�wned by Kraus Anderson and being rzservedfor <br />mixed use future development.
