This low point has an <br />elevatioa of about 898 and apparantly some standing <br />water during wet psriods. <br />The entire central-'portioa ofthe propsrYy is a gently <br />rolling piateauarea.7'he property is typically abouY <br />four feet above Silver Lake Road and County Road <br />H2 road grades. The gently rolling character of <br />the neighborhood and the rivo lo:ver porkions appear <br />to be ideaily suited to storm water retention� cells <br />and meandering street residential development. <br />The soils thro•aghouY this portion of the metropolitan <br />area arz very sandy. The surface soils are very <br />light loam and sand on the subject property. Subsoils <br />are assumed to be sandy for several feet and have <br />gladal moraine underlayment. With the small amount <br />oflow lying land and area within a designated flood <br />plain no subsoil problems are anYicipated.
