Its elevation at 896 is equal to <br />the level set as the maximur.l 100 year floor plain elevation <br />for tl�is neighborhoa3. Only a small area of about <br />5, 000 square feet or less is fully eontained wiH�inthis <br />elevation. A slight ciraivage swale foltows the inatro- <br />politan sanitary sewer easernant through the southeast <br />..^rner of the site. <br />
